I have always been a big believer that music can heal. There is something so powerful about hearing lyrics that resonate set to music. Music can put you in a good mood when you’re feeling sad, inspire you to realize your worth, or simply help you confirm that you are not alone in your struggles. Those are just a few examples of how impactful music can be.


I highly recommend putting this Self-love Spotify Playlist (or create your own) on shuffle and listening to it throughout your day, week, and even the rest of the month, whenever you need a boost of self-love, empowerment and encouragement.
